Tip: It is important to remember that in the IELTS Listening test you receive one point for every correct answer. You DO NOT get minus points for the wrong answers.

As a result, if you didn’t catch what was said on the tape, simply guess the answer. 

You won’t lose points for the wrong answer, and if you guess correctly, you will get one point. 

Obviously, guessing should be the last resort, but don’t worry about it – if you have to guess a multiple choice answer, go ahead, but don't make a habit of it!
